We were both born and raised in Poland but decided to move to the US in 2001 to live a better life. We launched our fix and flip business in 2003. Back then we already knew that owning real estate can be your biggest investment in life. We were always entrepreneurs at heart but we also realized we have a huge desire to help others. What we learned (and are still learning) as real estate investors we apply when serving our clients. Basically, we help you to sell for thousands more, in the best time possible, and with the least amount of hassle.

In late 2019 we got qualified as one of a few realtors (1 in 10,000) to be certified on an advanced home selling system - 72 Hour selling system. In January 2020 we officially became the local representative for 72SOLD in Colorado. 72SOLD is an international company that designed a process to sell homes in one 3-day weekend (seller's choice) and NET sellers $1,000's more than if their sold the traditional way. This advanced selling program has been featured in Forbes and over 200 publications nationwide as well as on CBS, NBC and ABC television networks.

We also love working with buyers and will do whatever it takes to find your dream home! Our relationship does not end at closing. We are connected with many contractors in Denver who work on our projects and we are happy to serve you with any real estate needs after you buy your new home.
